Most of the difference between the models should be the length: our pump has a diameter big enough to accomodate most penises and I think the base is quite standard. But, if your main goal using a Bathmate is penis growth, perhaps the customer service at MEO may suggest you to start with a X30 model and to progress later, when you achieve more length, to a X40.
The pump also isn't heavy at all, even if it looks made of strong, sturdy plastic: the folks at Bathmate have thought to make the thing as lightweight as possible for long exercise sessions! The translucent but bright blue color is very nice: you can see your or your lover's manhood through it, without giving up a pretty design!
We aren't going to use the measuring guide printed on the front of our Hydromax, since our goal is not penis enhancement, but it's going to be very handy for those who use it to achieve a bigger size over time: it allows you to monitor your progress right during exercise. A great motivational help, isn't it?
However, my biggest discovery has been that you can rotate the cylinder of plastic, so I can hide the measuring guide when it starts to give dimensions' anxiety to Daddy. What a clever thing: looks like a feature specifically invented for men who feel insecure about their size in a way that can make the pumping session less enjoyable.

The directions for use on the website are 15 minutes a day, at least three times a week. I'm relieved to see it's not necessary to use it every day as Daddy is not very patient and consistent with this kind of things...
We ended using it for 15 minutes before sex, or at least three times a week before sex. When I had to go back home, since as my readers know ours is a long distance Daddy Dom/baby girl dynamic, I made him use the Bathmate for 15 minutes before our Skype sex sessions (perhaps right in front of the camera, with me constantly shouting 'More! Using the pump is pretty easy: you fill it up with water, you put your willy inside, then you press the Bathmate against your body to let the water flow out a little at a time.
I thought you needed to stop the valve with a finger while filling it up to avoid that the water flows out: but after a couple uses we figured out it is not needed: there is a way to open and close the valve by pushing it up and down.
Later, a friend of mine who owns a sex shop explained me that this is a feature of the new Hydromax range, but that with older models such as Hercules and Goliath you still need to stop the valve while filling the pump.
The water runs out of the valve pretty slowly and Daddy said this is the moment when you can definitely feel pressure on your penis: it's almost three weeks he's using it now and I never heard him say it felt uncomfortable. Also, no bruises for now: I confess we were expecting them.
The rubber comfort pad, that grey area you can see from our photos, feels soft to the touch and seems to form a tight seal against his body: unless we moved the pump in ways it's not supposed to be moved, we never saw water come out from there. We found the lesser hair are in the pubic area, the stronger the seal is: when he was completely hairless there were times where the thing seemed to stick like a suction cup!
In our experience the pump made 90% of the job for us: once you have filled it and put it in place, you only need to slowly push its rubber base against your body: it feels like the pump itself is deciding the pace at which it releases pressure and there's no way you can do it too fast. That's why there's no risk of bruises or uncomfortable sensations.
Daddy said the suction sensation isn't necessarily pleasurable, but it is definitely felt and he learned very fast to be aware of when it's time to pump again.
We were advised by my friend that owns a sex shop to relax a little in the warm water of the shower before using the Bathmate to increase blood circulation and consequently the effectiveness of the pumping session: we found out that our better results were truly achieved after his body had already warmed up a little in the bath tub or shower, but that the pump was still effective when we didn't have that extra time.
